Data we collect
what you enter in the booking form: your name, phone number, type of space, area and notes. We also record the time of the request and a one-way hash of your IP address to stop spam; we never store the address itself.

Why we use it
to reply to your request, arrange the site visit, prepare your quotation and, if we work together, perform the contract. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.

Who processes it with us
the server that hosts this website and its database, the email provider that notifies our team of your request, the customer-management tool we track requests in, and WhatsApp if you contact us there. Each processes data on our behalf and only to provide that service.

Retention
requests that do not become a contract are deleted after 24 months. Contract records are kept for the period the law requires.

Your rights
you can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us at the address below and we reply within 30 days at the latest.
