About the service

Floors appear in every photo, and any lip or uneven joint shows in daylight. We use levelling systems for large-format tiles, set out the layout in advance to avoid thin cuts at doorways, and detail skirtings, thresholds and material transitions carefully.

What's included

  • Large-format porcelain and ceramic tiles
  • Natural marble and granite
  • Parquet and engineered timber
  • Skirtings, thresholds and transitions
  • Removal of old flooring and surface preparation for renovations

Frequently asked

Can new flooring go over the old one?

Sometimes, if the existing floor is sound and level and door heights allow it. We decide after the site visit.

Which tile size suits large living rooms?

Large formats (120×60 and above) mean fewer joints and a more refined look, but they need a very flat substrate and a levelling system.
