A visit to your site to take measurements and photos, and to hear what you want and how your family uses the space.

3D design
A layout plan, a material board with real samples and 3D visuals of the main rooms. We revise them with you until you approve.

BOQ and contract
An itemised bill of quantities with prices, a written programme and a payment schedule tied to milestones.

Procurement and manufacture
We order the approved materials and check their quality, and manufacture joinery and kitchens to exact site measurements.

Build with weekly reports
We sequence the trades correctly, and your project engineer sends progress photos and what's left every week.

Inspection and snag list
We inspect every room with you, log every snag however small, and close them all before handover.

Handover and warranty
We hand over a clean, ready space, with the handover file, warranties and maintenance contacts.
